Be the Difference

Volunteer with the Johnson Youth Foundation

Are you passionate about making a real impact in young people’s lives? Do you believe in the power of community, mentorship, and support? If so, we invite you to become a volunteer with the Johnson Youth Foundation – where your time, skills, and heart can help shape the next generation.
At the Johnson Youth Foundation, we empower youth ages 9-16 to explore their identity, embrace their individuality, and realize their full potential. Our programs provide mentorship, mental health support, educational assistance, employment prep, and so much more — all in a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment.

Why Volunteer With Us?

• Change Lives – One conversation, one activity, one moment can have a lasting impact on a young person’s future.

• Build Community – Join a team of passionate people who care about uplifting and supporting youth.

• Grow Personally & Professionally – Gain valuable experience in leadership, mentorship, education, and mental health support.

• Be a Role Model – Our youth are watching. You could be the positive example they need.

We’re looking for volunteers who can:

• Mentor and inspire

• Lead workshops or fun activities

• Help with events and community outreach

• Support mental wellness and life skills programming

• Share creative, academic, or professional skill

Whether you can give an hour a week or a few days a month — your presence matters.
